By accessing or using our services, information products, or goods, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

SeniorShieldCA provides personalized protection and insurance solutions designed to support the well-being of elderly clients. Our services include plan consultation, eligibility assessment, application assistance, and ongoing support. Appointments may be scheduled in person or via remote consultation.

Appointment fees due to administrative scheduling are nonrefundable once a consultation has commenced, due to the allocation of dedicated resources and personnel time.

2. Information Products

We offer digital guides, e-books, and educational materials tailored to elder care best practices. Access to these materials is delivered immediately upon purchase.

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed the materials. Refund requests received after this period or after materials have been accessed are not eligible for credit.

3. Goods

SeniorShieldCA sells assistive devices and protective equipment. Physical items are shipped directly to your address.

To qualify for a credit, you must send back the unopened items within 30 days of delivery at your expense. Items must be in original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a credit to your original payment method.

4. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

To request a credit or to reschedule a service appointment, please contact us using the details below. For service appointments, you may reschedule up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without a fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are subject to a noncreditable fee equivalent to 50% of the appointment cost.

Credits for information products and goods will be processed within 7 business days of approval. Credits will be applied to the original payment source. We do not provide cash adjustments or alternatives.

Some premium consultation services are noncreditable once initiated due to immediate allocation of expert staff. This policy ensures consistent service quality and staff availability for all clients.
